ISIS is working hard using a unique approach to delivering
the communities of tomorrow by meeting the needs and
aspirations of the people who will work and live there.
Our communities will grow naturally, and will develop
through a learning process, cultivated by us with our
many public sector partners.
We are transforming city living and not replicating the blight
of the bland investor led schemes. Those who first decide to
make their home or operate their business in ISIS schemes will
be at the forefront of arguing for change and want to participate
in civic society.
Arts and culture will be a driving force in giving the buildings
and the public space its 'specialness' with materials that are warm
and comforting and using the beautiful waterside setting to all its
advantages and providing real choices for residents and commercial
ventures.
We are already working with many public sector bodies and agencies
so If you have a Brownfield opportunity alongside navigable waterway
in one of our UK cities and you need a partner to help you regenerate
an area please contact us.
